Odd Fellows provides a unique, boutique space for your event needs. Our event staff will work with you to coordinate all details (time of event, specific needs during the event, pricing, recommendations, etc.).
The pricing for venue rental includes the following:
-Consults with renter/host concerning space needs/requirements, etc.
-Greets renter at time of set up
-Onsite during event to monitor bathrooms, hvac, sound system, etc./troubleshoots
any issues/needs
-Follows-up with renter at the end of event
4 Hour Event: $450
6 Hour Event: $600
All Day Event: $950 - (8am EST start time to 11pm EST ending time.)
*The venue is available for short term use (drop in / “as is”) for 1-3 hours based on availability.
*The minimum rental rate and minimum time may be waived based on individual needs and set up.
*The rates listed above are for one-time events. Recurring use of the space on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly use) is welcome! Recurring rental rates vary based on length of use, frequency & term.
We know events are unique and do not always fit a specific time frame.
